According to the release, monthly pricing ranges from $1,209-$2,493, and apartments feature stainless steel appliances along with washers, dryers and refrigerators. The complex, located at 1800 Central Pine St., Montgomery, also offers residential amenities, including a fitness center, a lobby cafe, a podcast studio and a 24-hour resident center.
Amenities still under construction include a pickleball court, a beer garden and a dog park, according to the release.
