Owner and chef Alexis Castillo said this new food truck offers a variety of Argentinian-inspired dishes, including choripan with guacamole and bacon elote. Castillo noted several of the restaurant’s items are sourced locally, including fresh French rolls from La Panza Feliz Bakery in Porter and Japanese cotton cheesecake, which he said is made with the assistance of Lee Kitchen Conroe.

Paying homage to the year Houston’s Heights neighborhood was established, this restaurant replaced Berryhill Baja Grill in late November. American classics meet modern takes on bar snacks at the eatery and include crab fritters, Korean fried cauliflower and an array of smash burgers. Confit duck legs, pastrami braised short ribs and seared scallops are a few featured entrees.

This Mediterranean fast-casual eatery is the first Texas restaurant for the brand, which originated in Las Vegas. Morroccan entrees are crafted from seasoned steak, lamb, chicken, shrimp, salmon, falafel, vegetables and seasoned ground beef called kefta. The menu includes a selection of pita sandwiches, skewer plates, rice bowls, salads and rotisserie chicken dinner meals.
