Choripán officials celebrated a Nov. 30 grand opening for their new food truck in New Caney.

According to Owner and Chef Alexis Castillo, the eatery offers a variety of Argentinian-inspired dishes, including guac chori and bacon elote. Castillo noted several of the restaurant’s items are sourced locally, including fresh French rolls from La Panza Feliz Bakery in Porter and Japanese cotton cheesecake, which he said is made with the assistance of Lee Kitchen Conroe.
