From Detroit- to Chicago-style, Rotolo's Craft & Crust will provide a variety of pizza options when it opens in League City.
The details
League City economic development leaders and Rotolo's President Brad Mire confirmed the restaurant would open this spring.
The 4,500-square-foot full-service restaurant will feature an outdoor space, seating for approximately 200 diners, multiple televisions for watching sports, beer and wine tasting events, local beers on tap and "carry as much bourbon as they'll give us," franchisee Chad Colange said.
The pizzeria and scratch kitchen offers handcrafted pizzas and calzones, but also pastas, salads, burgers, shareable appetizers and draft beer, according to its website.

The Louisiana-based brand has one other Houston-area location in Spring, which Community Impact reported opening in September 2022.
Rotolo's began eyeing a Houston expansion in 2018, but efforts were halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Colange said. He still plans to develop 10 area restaurants by 2027, he said—beginning with a Mont Belvieu restaurant anticipated to open by November.
"Our concept seems to do very well in suburban markets. If you consider the suburbs of Hosuton, all of them should have a [Rotolo's] Craft & Crust in it," Colange said. "Its' a great place for happy hours, for the cheer team and baseball team to celebrate wins. We're very involved with the community."
