Uptown Sporting Club, a restaurant and sporting club, has opened in the Uptown Park shopping center.
What is it?
Described as an elevated restaurant and modern sporting club, it can be ideal for casual dining, business lunches and social gatherings by day. By night, the space transforms into an intimate lounge, nightclub and sports bar. It also offers a VIP experience with a membership.
Dawn Arcieri is the founding principal of Sparrow Studio, the interior design firm that designed Uptown Sporting Club, according to a news release.
"We wanted Uptown Sporting Club to feel less like a sports venue and more like a true hospitality destination," Arcieri said. "The design draws inspiration from the traditions of a sporting club, but at its core, this is a hospitality experience. We focused on creating a place where people want to gather, linger and return, whether their team wins or loses.”
