Stone House Restaurant celebrates 5 years in Colleyville

Stone House Restaurant celebrated five years of serving locally sourced meals in Colleyville Sept. 28, according to a Facebook post.

Stone House Restaurant recently changed owners after Lisa Pardo stepped down to spend time with her family. The new owners, Brian Hendershot and his wife, Christy, took over the restaurant Aug. 1.

Pardo and her husband, Paul Pardo, remodeled the house in 2019. The house was originally built in the 1940's, according to the website.

Stone House still serves the same food that Chef Andrew Zempke prepares, according to the business's website. Menu items include blackened redfish, a smoked rack of lamb, a burger, shrimp and grits, cocktails and wine.
