Citizens Coffee Shop officials celebrate late May opening of New Caney location

Open to the public from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, Citizens Coffee Shop offers a variety of beverages and treats, including coffee, tea, matcha, lemonade and acai bowls.
