1. Lane closures on Arapaho Road

Concrete replacement work may close the right and center lanes of eastbound Arapaho Road between International Parkway and Plano Road from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on weekdays. The work, which is part of the city’s annual street pavement repair project, is scheduled to conclude in December. Additionally, fiber optic work may close the outside lane of westbound Arapaho Road between International Parkway and Executive Drive from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on weekdays.

Timeline: October through mid-January

Cost: $325,000

Funding source: Richardson general fund

2. Utility hole project to close lanes

Lane closures are expected on westbound Chippewa Drive at Coit Road in late December and into early January for utility work related to the Cottonwood Creek Utility Hole Project. Other areas scheduled for lane closures due to the project include westbound Campbell Road near Floyd Road in mid-January, westbound Bedford Drive between Cap Rock Drive and Sagebrush Trail in early January and westbound Spring Valley Road at Waterfall Way in mid-February.
