Richardson shoppers can expect to see a variety of new businesses in the area in the coming months, including a coffee shop, a pet store, a cookie shop and more.

1. Dogtopia, a dog day care, boarding and grooming center, has set a new opening date of Sept. 1 for its Richardson location near Belt Line Road, owner Ron Blake said. 2. Noble Fine Jewelry is coming soon in Richardson at 2090 E. Arapaho Road. The jewelry store is expected to open by late June or early July and will be the company's third location after stores in Garland and Grand Prairie. 3. ATI Physical Therapy plans to open a second location in Richardson. The new store will be located at 1450 E. Belt Line Road, Ste. 200, next to Blaze Pizza. No grand opening date has been announced. ATI Physical Therapy's other location in Richardson is at 210 W. Campbell Road. 4. 7th Day Coffee Co. is expected to open in Richardson’s Brick Row apartment complex this summer. The coffee shop will be located at 743 Brick Row, Ste. 350, Richardson, and plans to use local coffee roaster Edison Coffee Co. for its supply, according to the company’s website. 5. Insomnia Cookies is planning to open late this summer in Richardson at 3000 Northside Blvd., Ste. 300. No grand opening date has been announced. The Richardson location will be Insomnia’s third store in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
