7th Day Coffee Co. is expected to open in Richardson’s Brick Row apartment complex this summer. The coffee shop will be located at 743 Brick Row, Ste. 350, Richardson, and plans to use local coffee roaster Edison Coffee Co. for its supply, according to the company’s website.
