Rooster Town Wafflery opened April 21 at 3613 Shire Blvd., Ste. 180, Richardson. The cafe is open daily from 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Its menu includes classic breakfast items as well as dishes such as avocado toast on sourdough and Belgian waffles with fried chicken. The restaurant’s lunch offerings include salads, sandwiches and more. Rooster Town is the latest culinary project by restaurateur Dale Wamstad, owner of the adjacent Texas chophouse and Two For the Money BBQ. 496-705-1665. www.roostertownwafflery.com
