Victor Hugo’s has pushed back the opening of its Richardson location to late summer, owner Brianna Ruelas said. The restaurant, which hails from its flagship location in Oak Cliff, serves New American bistro-style cuisine, craft brews and signature cocktails. The second location will be located in the Richardson Heights Shopping Center at 100 S. Central Expressway, Ste. 49, Richardson.
