La Casita Bakeshop is now open on certain weekdays.

According to a company representative, the bakery, located at 580 W. Arapaho Road, Ste. 154, expanded its operating hours to include weekdays July 12. The shop is now open Wednesdays-Fridays from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturdays-Sundays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. La Casita serves coffee, pastries and other baked goods.
