Dale Wamstad opens breakfast, lunch spot Rooster Town Wafflery in Richardson

Rooster Town Wafflery opened April 21 at 3613 Shire Blvd., Ste. 180, Richardson. The cafe is open daily from 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Its menu includes classic breakfast items as well as dishes such as avocado toast on sourdough and Belgian waffles with fried chicken.
