The company has filed documents with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which indicate an estimated $250,000 project to update over 11,000 square feet. Per the filed documents, the remodel includes the installation of clean rooms for product assembly, testing and packaging.
Per a company news release, Fast Photonics opened a 20,000-square-foot Richardson facility in March, but has the ability to expand up to 100,000 square feet.
The project is expected to be completed in early December, according to the filing.
