A 7-Eleven will open in late October at 3940 W. 15th St., Plano. In addition to fuel, the convenience store sells grab-and-go food, coffee, Slurpees, sodas and snacks. 7-Eleven also offers delivery of its items through the 7Now app.

Lakeside Urban Grocery opened Aug. 21 at 2500 Lakeside Parkway, Ste. 100, Flower Mound. The store sells a variety of regular groceries as well as specialty items that fit vegan, keto, gluten-free and organic diets. The store also has an outdoor patio and offers grab-and-go meals from several caterers.

The Foundry Gym opened at the beginning of August at 2120 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake. The gym’s training program is based off of SOFLETE, which is a routine developed by former special operations personnel that incorporates elements of nutrition, fitness and more.
