H&E Equipment Services, a business specializing in equipment rentals, sales, parts and services opened Aug. 17 at 490 Industrial Blvd., McKinney.

The new 16,650-square-foot facility sits on 4.45 acres with a fully fenced yard area, offices, parts warehouse, and a repair shop with four service bays, according to an H&E news release. It is capable of servicing a variety of construction and general industrial equipment and joins other nearby H&E facilities in the region, the release stated.
