Ebb & Flow, a dining concept in Deep Ellum, is expanding to Plano with a new location at The Shops at Legacy, 7300 Lone Star Drive, Ste. C125. The restaurant expects to open this March with similar design elements to its Dallas location, such as an ivy-adorned garden patio and chandeliers over the bar. Ebb & Flow will serve original cocktails, salads and appetizers, as well as burgers, sandwiches and full-size entrees such as turkey stroganoff, grilled mahi mahi and ratatouille, a Jan. 25 release said. The dining concept is owned and operated by Dallas Hale, the owner of Shell Shack, and his brother Eric Bradford, who has managed venues such as the Bomb Factory and Trees.
