Scrambler Cafe expects to begin serving breakfast and brunch in Plano in the coming weeks. The restaurant, located at 7000 Independence Parkway, Ste. 104B, Plano, specializes in classic American dishes with a modern twist.

Breakfast options, such as corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, and the namesake "scramblers," with Tuscan, Western and Garden options, will appear on the menu. Scrambler's brunch menu includes sandwiches, paninis, burgers and country-style favorites, such as chicken-fried steak and chicken-fried chicken.
