Rum Cakes Factory opened Aug. 21 at 6101 Windhaven Parkway, Ste. 140, Plano. The bakery sells cakes and cupcakes in flavors such as Amaretto, Grand Marnier and Coconut Rum. Other desserts and cookies, such as "rum balls" and Choconutella Chip Cookies make appearances on the menu.
