Tazikis Pasta Tazikis Mediterranean Cafe offers a variety of pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches.[/caption] Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe opened its first Plano location Oct. 25 at 8305 Preston Road, Ste. 100. The 2,700 square-foot restaurant offers to-go dinners for families of four, and its menu features, gyros, soups, salads and vegetarian dishes. This location marks the second Taziki’s location in Texas. To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant donated $2,500 to the Dallas Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Known for its assortment of healthy options, Taziki's fresh casual concept offers dishes, such as grilled salmon, hummus and baklava as well as various vegetarian options. The Plano restaurant also sells draft and bottled beer as well as wine and features an outdoor patio.
