The company, founded in 1975, specializes in “soft, ultra-functional, black-on-black ballistic nylon travel bags,” according to its website. These travel bags are sold in more than 350 stores worldwide with retail stores in Allen at Allen Premium Outlets, 820 W, Stacy Road, Ste. 172, and Dallas at NorthPark Center, 314 Northpark Blvd, Dallas.
Founded in 2001, Venetian Nail Spa offers customers nail services, waxing, skin care and massages. The spa is committed to helping customers “capture the tranquility of serenity” and is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty, according to its website. Venetian Nail Spa has locations in 10 states with five in Texas, including one at 7949 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas.
"This development is very high in demand and businesses very much want to be here," Snee said. "It is the place to be no doubt."
The $3.2 billion development spans over 255 acres of land at the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121. The development allotted 415,000 square feet for retail and restaurant spaces, much of which has confirmed tenants.
“Restaurant wise we only have one space left to lease and we are holding out for something really amazing and unique,” Legacy West Marketing Director Victoria Snee said in an email.
Snee said construction for Legacy West is 90 percent complete, but people can stay up to date by watching live video of the development.
