School Board Meeting
Plano ISD will hold its regular school board meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the Plano ISD Administration Building, 2700 W. 15th St., Plano. During the meeting, board members will discuss the purchase of large kitchen equipment for all district locations and new course submissions for the 2017-18 school year. The board is also expected to review its purchase of software from ClassLink, which allows students and staff access to Plano ISD’s web-based resources with one password. The software purchase totals $131,180 in estimated annual expenditures. Here is a look at tonight’s agenda.
‘The Gift of Christmas’
A Prestonwood tradition, this performance features the living nativity with a cast and choir of nearly 1,000 members, a live orchestra and flying angels. Downtown Plano Art and Wine Walk
The last Downtown Plano Art and Wine Walk of the season will take place Thursday from 5-9 p.m. This month’s theme is traditions.
