As of April 24 Lavon Lake was 11.73 feet below the full pool level of 492 feet.
The city has saved about 1.72 billion gallons of water since June 3, when it was placed on Stage 3 drought restrictions through the end of March, according to Deputy City Manager Henry Hill.
The city on average used 17.4 million gallons of water per day, or about 126 gallons per person per day.
