Construction on a new Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is expected to be completed by July at 3194 W. University Drive, Ste. 600, McKinney, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website. Work on the 1,610-square-foot restaurant is expected to begin in April, and the estimated cost is $325,000.
