Early voting opens for local races on May 1 ballot in McKinney

Early voting opens April 19 for the May 1 local election.

Contested races on the ballot include McKinney mayor, three McKinney City Council races, four McKinney ISD board of trustees races and three Collin College board of trustees races. McKinney ISD also has four propositions on the ballot. McKinney voters who live in Frisco ISD will also be voting on one contested race for the Place 7 seat.


Polls will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. April 19-24 and from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. April 26 and 27 in Collin County. Election day is May 1.
