Honey Dip Fingerz will hold its grand opening Feb. 18, owner Kenny Komolafe said.
The restaurant, located at 6710 Virginia Parkway, Ste. 210, McKinney, will offer authentic Nigerian dishes, according to its website. The menu includes dishes, such as jollof rice, a long-grain rice cooked with tomatoes and pepper sauce, as well as zobo, a drink made from hibiscus leaves, according to its website. The menu also includes dishes, such as yam porridge, puff-puff and banga soup as well as other porridges, peppered meats, stews, drinks and more.
Honey Dip Fingerz will offer catering services and individual takeout orders, Komolafe said. The business will host a grand opening event Feb. 18 from 2-9 p.m., according to the businesses’ Facebook page.
