Salad and Go plans to open a second McKinney location in late 2023 or early 2024, according to a representative of the company.

The restaurant will be located at the southwest corner of US 380 and Bois D’Arc Road, according to city planning documents. The drive-thru restaurant chain aims “to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all,” according to a spokesperson. Salad and Go restaurants offer nine different types of salads and wraps, as well as breakfast burritos, lemonades, teas, cold brew coffee and more, according to its website.

The company was founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona, and operates over 70 locations across Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas. The first Salad and Go location in McKinney, located at 4751 S. Custer Road, opened in December. www.saladandgo.com
