A transportation and logistics company founded in Denmark is remodeling and expanding an existing warehouse space for its new facility in Denton, per a TDLR filing. DSV handles shipments for the automotive, healthcare, industrial and technology industries.

Construction on a new data center is expected to begin before the end of the year at AllianceTexas, per a TDLR filing. Fort Worth City Council approved the start of a moratorium process for data centers within city limits at a meeting Aug. 11, per previous reporting. The new process comes after Gov. Greg Abbott directed state agencies to conduct an audit of all data centers seeking to connect to the power grid.
