Denton County Public Health announced April 27 that an additional 12 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed locally, bringing the county’s total number of cases to 725.

So far, 344 residents who were diagnosed with the virus have recovered, 361 cases remain active and 20 residents have died due to the disease, according to public health officials.

Thirty-three Flower Mound residents, nine Highland Village residents and 61 Lewisville residents have tested positive for the virus.
