Layne’s Chicken Fingers opened April 23 at 1500 N. Hwy. 377, Roanoke. Layne’s specializes in chicken fingers and specialty dipping sauces. The Roanoke restaurant will feature many menu items established at the company’s original location, which opened in College Station in 1994 and continues to cater to Texas A&M students, as well as some new ones, including a grilled chicken wrap and milkshakes in several flavors.
