Garabedian Properties, a custom homebuilder, will open an office at 401 N. Oak St. in Roanoke. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction of the new 4,946-square-foot office building will begin on Jan. 1, 2022, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 1, 2022.
