A new screening wall will be built on North White Chapel Boulevard from Emerald Boulevard north to San Saba Drive. Crews have been working on setting up the temporary wall and will demolish the old fencing and wall as soon as the temporary fencing work is complete. In October, new stamped, stained concrete was installed for the roundabout. North White Chapel is being widened from two to four lanes with medians to include a roundabout at the intersection of Highland Street and North White Chapel. Crews will also extend the city’s sidewalks in this area.
