This summer, the Texas Department of Transportation’s contractors completed Phase 1 of resurfacing FM 1709 from US-377 to west of Davis Boulevard. Phase 2 of the resurfacing project began at the end of October and is expected to last six to eight weeks, weather permitting. Crews will mill and resurface five miles of all travel lanes of Southlake Boulevard in both directions from west of Davis to SH 114.
