The Blu Crab Seafood House and Bar opened Feb. 27 at 4843 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville. The restaurant offers a variety of fresh seafood platters as well as a full-service bar. Seafood delicacies include fresh salmon, mahi mahi and sea bass as well as live crawfish, Gulf shrimp, snow crab, king crab, blue crab and Maine lobster tails.
