After more than 10 years, Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has closed its doors at 410 W. Southlake Blvd., Southlake. The facility's 10-year lease had expired, and the location was bigger than what he needed, owner Dave Lewis said. He said he needed a store that would be easier to load larger orders from the back door since the catering side of business was doing so well. There is a location in Bedford that he plans to remain at, but he did say he hopes to find a location in the Grapevine and Southlake area again soon. www.ritasfranchises.com/stores/store.cfm/Southlake-76092/store/3170
