A new residential community, Oak Alley, received approval for its final plat at the Feb. 4 Colleyville City Council meeting.
Oak Alley had received approval for its preliminary plat last year. The final plat for the project is the same as the preliminary plat, city staff said.
Oak Alley will be located at 1312 John McCain Road and 7309 N. Holly Lane in Colleyville on 43.54 acres. The land will be subdivided into 34 single-family residential lots and 10 open-space lots, according to meeting documents. The approved zoning for the development also allows for gated, private streets.
