Fine-dining restaurant The Capital Grille is open in Southlake. The restaurant offers dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, an extensive wine list and an elegant atmosphere, according to its website.

The location features three private dining areas, a wine room and a bar, according to manager Dwayne Carpenter. The decor throughout the restaurant features Texas-born celebrities and all the floral arrangements are from Trophy Bloom in Southlake, Carpenter said.

“I am excited to share The Capital Grille dining experience with friends, neighbors, the entire Dragon Nation and beyond," said Carpenter, a Southlake resident.

The location formerly housed Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles. The city of Southlake passed an incentive package in December 2022 for the company to remodel the vacant building.
