Isla y Fuego Bar and Grill is now open on Coit Road near the Richardson border.
The restaurant serves Honduran and Mexican food, including seafood, meat and other dishes, per the restaurant’s social media. Isla y Fuego Bar and Grill is located near El Rancho Supermercado and Sunnyland Outdoor Living.

Vitality Bowls is open in Prosper on the southwest corner of Frontier Parkway and Preston Road, company officials confirmed on social media.
The eatery specializes in build-your-own smoothie bowls with toppings like granola, honey, almonds and fruit, according to the company’s website. Vitality Bowls also offers light fare including wraps, paninis and salads, per its website.

Potbelly is now open in west McKinney, staff at the location confirmed.
The sandwich shop with over 465 locations offers a variety of toasted sandwiches as well as wraps, salads, soups, macaroni and cheese, milkshakes and more, according to the company's website.
The McKinney restaurant is owned and operated by franchisees Barry and Remington Burke, a father-and-son duo who also have plans to bring a total of 15 shops to North and East Texas, a company release states.
“Our team is ready to welcome longtime Potbelly fans and first-time guests alike with the craveable food, friendly service and neighborhood-driven atmosphere that define Potbelly,” Remington Burke said in the release.

Hudson House’s Southlake restaurant plans to welcome its first customers in mid-September.
The menu includes a selection of American fare, a raw bar and sushi. Some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes include Hudson’s Avocado Dip, which is made with whipped avocado, green onion, herbs and ranch chips, and a cheeseburger with thin patties, American cheese, pickles and Hudson’s house sauce.
Oysters are flown in from the East Coast daily, according to a news release. Diners can also order the chain’s “World’s Coldest Martini,” which is made with Grey Goose vodka chilled to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.

Rodeo Goat is slated to open an Allen location within the Sloan Corners development, according to a Sept. 2 news release.
Rodeo Goat’s menu includes burgers, fries, craft beer, cocktails, chips and salsa, and more, per its website. The restaurant has several other Dallas-Fort Worth area locations, including Frisco, Plano and Denton, the release states. Developed by Billingsley Co., Sloan Corners is a mixed-use development located along SH 121 and U.S. 75 in Allen.
“Rodeo Goat is exactly the kind of restaurant we want at Sloan Corners: local, fun, distinctive and already loved by people across DFW,” Billingsley Co. Partner Lucy Burns said in the release.
