New York Butcher Shoppe is set to open a new Southlake location.
The business sells a selection of housemade sausage, pork, chicken, wagyu beef and high choice and prime Certified Angus Beef, said co-owner Ruth Nokes. The Southlake location will also have rotating seafood options, such as crab cakes.
New York Butcher Shoppe also sells wine and specialty grocery items. The Southlake store will also have hot meal options six days a week, catering and online ordering and delivery, Nokes said.
“From knowledgeable staff to carefully selected complementary items, we focus on helping customers enjoy great meals from start to finish,” Nokes said in an email. “Our goal is to be more than a butcher shop—we want to be a trusted part of your routine.”
