Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will soon begin serving its hand-cut steaks, seafood, burgers and chicken to diners in Grapevine. The restaurant will be located behind the already open Velvet Taco and nearby Son of a Butcher.

A conditional-use permit for Firebirds was approved by Grapevine City Council in March 2023. Brett Anz, principal at real estate developer TradeCor, the firm developing the site, said further development of two nearby restaurants is planned to finish in 2024.
