The accessories store will move to a new location within Southlake Town Square. The renovations will cost $300,000 and include updated sales fixtures, a new ceiling, new lighting, a new restroom, updated flooring and refreshed wall finishes.

The new Mexican restaurant will start renovation on the old Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House location. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction and renovations on the freestanding building are expected to take more than six months.Closings
