Perspire Sauna Studio now offering red light therapy in Southlake

Perspire Sauna Studio opened in Southlake at the beginning of May with a new state-of-the art sauna system that offers red-light therapy.

The sauna, located off of Southlake Boulevard, has multiple therapies dedicated to helping the body expel toxins, improve skin health and recover fatigued muscles, said Alex McClure, the franchise’s owner.

“Perspire Sauna Studio offers an opportunity to create a space where our community can prioritize their well-being in a welcoming, rejuvenating environment,” McClure said. “I look forward to helping Southlake residents discover the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and playing a role in fostering a healthier and happier community.”

What else?

McClure, who grew up in the area, said Perspire Sauna Studio also has a SNØ Shower in some of the sauna rooms. The SNØ Shower allows sauna members to experience the full effects of contrast therapy, or the practice of exposing the body to extremely high and low temperatures in quick succession.

Each sauna is in a private room and offers color light therapy along with red light and infrared therapy in one session, according to the company’s website.
