The city's 323 new listings in September were a 5.83% decrease from the amount last year. Frisco's new listings were more than the 321 new listings in Plano and behind the 332 new listings in McKinney, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.
Despite new listings generally decreasing, the number of homes under contract in Frisco increased in all of its ZIP codes.
The median sales price of homes that were sold saw increases among most of Frisco's primary ZIP codes. ZIP code 75036, however, remained flat compared to last year.
The percentage of asking price received for homes sold saw a modest increase in all four ZIP codes when compared to the same period in 2019.
