AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre mixed-use development in Fort Worth, generated $10.2 billion in economic impact in 2024. Since opening 35 years ago, AllianceTexas has generated $130 billion in economic impact and the total investment has surpassed $16.3 billion in 2024.

Lewisville council discusses short-term rental regulations during retreat
As an interim ban on short-term rentals is expected to lift March 4, Lewisville officials are gathering public input and discussing additional regulations that could come later in 2025. Density-based regulations can come in the form of minimum distance requirements between each permitted short-term rental or a cap on the number of permitted short-term rentals within a single block.

DART to implement fare changes in March

Costco to open Prosper location in March
Costco has a new opening date for its Prosper location, according to the website. The Prosper wholesaler is located on US 380 bordering Frisco and Prosper. It will offer members grocery, pharmacy and other services available at its other locations.
