Construction is currently underway on Gloria's Latin Cuisine in Plano. Upon completion, the Gloria’s located on Gaylord Parkway in Frisco will relocate to this new location at the southwest corner of Preston Road and SH 121, according to Vice President of Marketing & Communications Brian C. Penrod.

Penrod said the company is working towards opening the new location towards the end of 2025.

“We’re excited to bring a modern dining experience to our guests in the Plano and Frisco areas," Owner Gloria Fuentes said in a news release. “We look forward to debuting our restaurant design that has unexpected use of art forms and color making the space feel serene and welcoming. We can’t wait to share this new experience with our guests.”

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine was founded in 1986 and offers authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex menu options.

“Gloria’s is known for their signature menu options, award-winning margaritas, famous black bean dip, and exciting Latin nightlife throughout Texas,” Penrod said.
