A second Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers location could be coming to Frisco next year, according to documents filed with TDLR.
According to the filing, a 2,764-square-foot space at 2275 University Drive will undergo a roughly $90,000 renovation and interior finish-out. Construction to convert the space is expected to begin Nov. 16 and finish by Jan. 11, 2027. according to the filing.
Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers currently operates one Frisco location at 13089 Main St., along with locations in Irving, Carrollton, Euless and Austin. The business serves a variety of traditional Indian-style kulfis, faloodas, sundaes, shakes and specialty ice cream flavors like mango, butterscotch, rose petals and guava.
