Phillips Creek Ranch, a master-planned community, has finalized commitments from builders on the remaining lots, placing the development six years ahead of schedule.
PCR, developed by Dallas-based Republic Property Group, will house more than 10,000 residents and 3,000 homes at build out.
“Being able to reach this milestone six years ahead of schedule is a testament to the confidence our builders have in the continued success of Phillips Creek Ranch,” said RPG co-CEO Jake Wagner in a release.
According RPG, the development is 40 percent ahead of schedule for sales compared with last year’s numbers during the same time period.
To date, the 2015 average price for houses sold in PCR is $591,035 with several homes over the $1 million mark with larger, 100-foot lots to come in 2016.
Wagner said the completion date is currently projected within the next five years, but he believes that date can be sooner.
PCR is 958 acres on the B.F. Phillips Ranch. The community includes more than 100 acres of green space, an extensive creek system, hike and bike trails, parks and other amenities.
