Burger 21, a fast-casual hamburger restaurant, is opening its first Texas location this October at the Tower at Frisco Square, said Amy Dunaway, marketing director for Encore Enterprises, the company constructing the tower and its parking garage.
The burger restaurant is one of two dining tenants that have leased at the new office tower. ZuZu Handmade Mexican Food will also open one of its two Frisco locations at the tower.
Burger 21 opened its first location in 2010 in Florida. The company now has restaurants established or planned in nine states.
The menu features the restaurant’s signature gourmet burgers, including beef, turkey, chicken, veggie and seafood burgers. Burger 21 also serves gourmet hot dogs, desserts and sliders.
The Tower at Frisco Square is a 173,157-square-foot office building under construction at Frisco Square. The building is scheduled for completion in October. The bottom floor of the tower’s parking garage will also feature 16,300 square feet of retail space.
The tower’s lead tenant is Gearbox Software, a video game software company.
