The amended agreement stipulates that the developer pay for building costs of a new Dallas Area Rapid Transit light rail station. That station will be located along the Orange Line near Pioneer Natural Resource’s campus between Carpenter Ranch Road and Green Park Drive, and it is expected to be complete in December.
The amended agreement also provides for additional economic incentives that would be unlocked upon the developer’s completion of additional construction projects.
The Hidden Ridge development will include retail, restaurants, residential and office space in a transit-oriented setting at build-out, according to the city. It is located near the intersection of Hidden Ridge and MacArthur Boulevard.
